Decision, fair or biased?

Decesion, what comes in mind when we decide to take a decision, one major aspect is the circumstances based on which the decision is being made.
For an example, the appraisal/revision model in the corporates. You work for whole year and if during appraisal time you do not have any assignment allocated or not able to meet the target, decision is likely to be unfair. The current circumstances will dominate the dedication and hard work of the whole year, and 95% chances will be that decision will be taken considering your current performance. On the other hand if a person who was free for whole year and during year end assigned to some important project and meet the important target will have high weightage and decision is likely to be in his/her favour.

Situation get wrost if management decided not to give you recognition or appraisal, in those cases management will definitely highlight your failure in their decision and ingnore your overall yearly achievement.

Now lets move to our daily life and relate our decsion, are we considering the all good and bad time while taking decsion or taking decsion based on current situation...For example you might broken relation with your best friend considering some currrent circumstances even though he/she was your best friend and you had a great time and great friendship....
I am sure think over it, you will get the answer...

Soch kitni badi hoti hai

Soch bi kitni badi cheez hoti hai...Jab kisi insaan ki apni soch develop hoti hai to uski alag sakhshiyat ho jati hai... Aur kabi kabi itni badi shakhshiyat ban jati hai ki apni origin se hi alag ho jati hai.
Think of a person jo kisi gurukul me padha ho, waha ki kitabo ko padha, waha pe pala badha, aur ek nayi shakshiyat banata hai. Aur wo wahi padhane lagta hai.

Soch insaan ko pahchaan to deti hai...lekin kabi kabi aise pahchaan de deti hai ki apne bahut door ho jate hai....

I visited Rishikesh in Sawan

For last 2-3 weeks I heard abt rishikesh from one of my friend Amol Sindhe, since then I was imaging for Rishikesh, one day on Tuesday just a thought came in my mind ki chalo hamau Rishikesh ho aye J. I search and found the ticket for Wednesday night. it was kind of JIT thought, so I was really excited abt my this kind of instant decision and trip. I was going in Sawan so it was expected that there must be Kawariya over there, I get down from train at Haridwar, Rishikesh was around 25 km (15 miles) from there, as soon I get down from station I realized that may be modern guys (Living in metro cities) have some lesser devotion, but when you see the crowd over here you will go to know that religion is in the heart of India, tons of guys were there, some came from train, some by car, bike even many who came from cycle or coming on foot from more than 300-400 kms. Below video will show the crowd and this I shooted in the early morning at Haridwar,

Most of the kawariya which I found were of age group of 15-28. The real youth of India. I am pity sure 50% of them were there to have more adventure and lesser devotion..................

From Haridwar I need to walk a bit and cross Ganga river to get some convenyance for Rishikesh. There were shared Tampoo (Vikram (Hey vikku dnt bother its not you it’s a vehicle name J)) which dropped me near Ram Jhula. No doubt that this place was also fully crowded with Kawariya’s. That is why there was no entry from Ram Jhula….Oh my god, that was really pain ….so I need to walk and cross whole Laxman Jhula and then needed to come back to Ram Jhula.

The whole area was a bit sloppy and I have a bag which weigh’s appx 10-15 Kg so it took me more than 2 hours to reach at hotel. The way on which I was travelling was the also the way for NeelKanth so it was natural that I need to go with the Kawariya’s . As soon I reached to hotel I took shower for more than a hours to get rid of pain of that journey. In evening some one told me that Aarti at Parmarth aashram is very good, I thought huh Aarti and me kabi nai J… so I was roaming at Aasham’s Geeta bhawan, Ram ashram etc and spend some time to listen bhajan’s over there. After some time I heard some sweet voice and saw some crowd. So I approached that place. There was gathering of around 200 people and Yagya and bhajan’s were going on. There were aarti prepartion going on (Same aarti i mentioned above).Parmarth aasham people had made a Shiv idol in Ganga,

and in evening they do yagya, aarti and bhajan’s over there. Above image shows a good view. So I got a good place to sit over there adjacent to a Australian guy. I spent almost 2 hours listening bhajans which was sung by a Nepali aacharya of Parmarth aashram Desbandhu, those were really so cool and calm and I wished to spent whole night in that envorioment. Whole area was looking so natural and with that sweet voice, awesome!!!!!.

After aarti I spend some more time on the bank of Ganga river, that was really so peaceful…..

Aarti at Bank of Ganga at Rishikesh

On second and third day baba ji of Parmarth aashram were singing bhajan’s those are also excellent but I do not know but I liked voice of deshbandhu more peacefull then baba ji. So whole 3 days I spend my time with talking with aashram’s person, Gurukul guys running over there, taking Aayuveda & shirodhara massage, and to know more about massage and aayurveda. The trip was really relaxing & i had not tried to visit any temple other than Bhootnath temple and even there could i could not make through the temple as it was at 13th floor, and I was scared with the stairs after trying togo above 9th floor. Below pictures shows the stairs and the temple.

Trip was really relaxing and it was a real worth to spend 3 days of my life over there, I had learned a lot over there, got some time to get me out of office, personal worries.
And at the end I taken same convenyance (Vikku.. oh sorry Vikram), because of Kawar driver asked to get down near Bharat mata temple and then another fight starts to reach railway station, it took me more than 2 hours to reach at station, again it was a pain……….. and because it was Sunday and the last days of Kawar yatra so there were huge huge crowd, because of which only pedestrians were allowed to go. I was full of sweat completely tired when I reached to station. But at last the journey was good and relaxing. I should say it was worth to visit Rishikesh.

Choli ke peeche vs Ringa ringa - Are both not vulgar

I dnt think need to write much on this:
Just go through lyrics of both songs
http://www.dishant.com/lyrics/song-51547.html (Choli ke peeche)

http://www.lyricsmasti.com/song/6817/get_lyrics_of_Ringa-Ringa.html (Ringa Ringa)

I dnt mean to add any controvery, but the thing is for one song there were so many cases filed against singer, music director etc while for other no action taken....Should not Guljar and Rahman should go through the wordings of song before airing it......
I dnt mean that Rahman is wrong or gulzaar is wrong, but the society/media has forgotten this that what they did at that time, and now what they are doing.

Shayad someone says correctly that worlds salutes the rising SUN....

Kaisi vidabana hai samaj ki, kabi paraya bana diya kabi sir pe chada liya (For alka yagik who sung both songs)

Who is Secualar/Sampradayik...Only one party or all

Sampradayik is derived from Sampradaya meaning "Sampradaya is a philosophy borne down through history by verbal transmission
. It is more inclusive than the related term parampara which names a living lineage of ordained gurus who embody and carry forth a sampradaya. A sampradaya may be represented by many paramparas."
It is wrong to connect Sampradayikta/secularism with a religion. What i mean by sampradaya is a group of people who folow same methodology. They can be of same location, of same age group, of same education background etc.....
The reason why different were made, to promote thoughts/ideas in a prominant way.
It is said that BJP in India is a secualr party, but does this question does not apply to all other parties. Are all other parties have in their manifesto that they are not highlighing any religion.
Lets go a bit deep on this and lets not keep only religion as a secular thing:
Is Congress, Left and all other kukurmutta parties like SP, BSP, DMK. AIADMK, AGP, LJP, MNS,SS and so on...does not potray that they have a soft cornor for a specific sampradaya? (Samprdaya is not only religion, it is Location, Guru, Belief and so on, do not attach it with a religious term)
Today home minister Mr. P Chidambram says that BJP is adding Afjal Guru as a secualar issue, now looking at the other side of the coin..... Whipppppppppp....Why he has not been given death sentence till now, while they were in power for last five years....Wnt you think making this type of remark by a home minister is being a bit secualar and Baking his bread (Rotiya sek rahe hai).... I am trying to look at the other side of the coin.

Another incident was, which i added in my last blog that, statement made my Mr Pranab Mukherji...that if he could speak hindi he could become PM...Is it not becoming secular in some way....becoming language specific or regional.

Khair yahi sab hai..which makes me to think..is this is real democracy??? Politians molding definitions and thoughts and trying to potray the things in their way...

Another is our Media.... Which says it is not biased but some how showing a wrong picture to the world....
There was a article on Times for 1-2 hours only that, A report came out on Gujarat roits which says that NGOs and Madam Teesta make it hype....And in that article there were doubts that whether all roit issue like rape of a pregnent lady, mob buring were really happend or not...
But i was surprised that in some time that article was removed and i was not able to find that article any where neither on TV or Net.
I do believe in non voilence and believe in being a good human rather than being a typed religious...and condemn those roits and any kind of blood voilence....but this is not fair to show wrong picture to world.

Another example, media is saying that BJP is raising RAM JANMBHUMI ISSUE again, and putting it in their manifesto..
I had not gone through any parties manifesto, but this is what the media said: " In manifesto BJP says that if court permits we will make temple their" (Let me clear, i am follower of to make a hospital or orphan house there, but the media again......), i dnt understand what is wrong in that....Is Congress is not going to follow the supreme court's decision..... Then why only BJP is secualr.....

These all parties are secular, my point here is to not Vote based on this assumption that some party is secular, and some party is not....The thing is
HAR SHAKH PE ULLU BAITHA HAI, NETA JI KI MANMAANI HAI
KURSI KE LIYE SAB MARTE HAI, KITNI YE VIKAT KAHANI HAI
KOI YE BOLE KOI WO BOLE, SABKA KHOON NAI HAI PAANI HAI
SAB SECULAR HAI SAB JUTHE HAI, FIR BI KEWAL bjp HI SHANI HAI
KUCH DESH KA SOCH LO NETA JI, YA YAHI SAB BAAT DOHRANI HAI

Indian politics and media - Sab mile jule hai bhai

I do not know where to put my concern, so even though this is not related to this topic, i want to let guys know about how biased media is.
Today at 8 PM on Vinod Dua's show, found a news:
My inadequate Hindi is a hurdle in becoming PM: Pranab. (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/My_inadequate_Hindi_hurdle_in_becoming_PM_Pranab/articleshow/4346764.cms)
I had great honor for Vinod ji, but today theue way he taken this issue so lightly does not seems that he is not biased or may be i should say that my impression about him was wrong.
This type of statement should not be entertained or taken so lightly, this is a kind of statement which is take similar to what Raj thakrey made. This type of statement came from a senior person who is respectable member of minstry. This shows that how biased Mr. Pranab is with language or so called regional party.
This is true that person have some soft corner for the roots they belong. But imagine this is the thinking of a to leader, and the media is taking this very lightly.
This is really shameful and condemn at all the level by all the part of society.
Imagine what happen if from South some one will say there is no prime minister from Tamil speaking and so on.
I would say that even election commission should take a strong action against Pranab dada and even pranab da should maintain deignity of his ministry, he is not representative of only Bengal. He is minister of India where tons of languages are spoken.

Indian Politics - Fir se

Feel free to post your comment and share your thoughts on this topic

I recall, i expressed my views a long back here on similar topic...I hope tab bi utna hi gussa hoga jitna aaj hai Indian politics ko leke.
http://divyeshshah.blogspot.com/2007/04/what-is-going-to-indian-politics.html

Is baar to National level ke election hai....Sabne apni dukan khol li hai..... Sab itne gire hue hai everybody knows..But one big thing which surprise me is.....
Nalayak khul ke bolte hai ki abi ek dusre ke against election ladege..Baad me coalition govt banayege....Aur sharm bi nai aati aisa bolte hue.....
Ye kitna ethical hai....Khair ethics politics me hoti kaha hai :)...Poor Indian politics without any SAR PAIR..bas har koi PM banna chahta hai....
For example Manniya Mayawati ji bolti hai ki abi hum kisi ke sath ke election nai ladege baad me dekhege.....Bhai koi samjhao ki Country aise chalega kya..Koi idhar le ke jayega koi udhar.....Pahle jise gali doge baad ne usi ke sath bhaichara..... Ab u vl say ki this is politics....Lekin ye jo bi hai really shameful hai.
As per my believe political parties follow a thought, leaders are suppose to promote that thought. But our politian had kept those thoughts, those ideology aside and higly involved in their personal ambitions.

On some channel an anchor was saying that , Lalu Prasad yadav ji is going for 25 seats in Bihar, reason he want to go to parliment with around 10-12 seats so that he can be a prominant candidate of PM (Prime Minister of Republic of India), same stands for Mayawati ji and infact Jayalalita ji (Even though she does not won any seat in current session).
10-15 seat wale jab Prime minister banne ka sochege to kya hoga is Patit pawan dharti ka :)...
Dhanya hai Indian Politics and Indian neta...Jinko thook ke chatne me koi sharm nai aati....
JAI HO :)
